Spicy Israeli style chicken wings

Ingredients
Сhicken wings, trimmed and separated into drumsticks and wings
20-25 Pcs.
Israeli Olive oil
1/4 Cup
Paprika
1 Tsp
Ground Cumin
1 Tsp
Chili powder (or more for more spicy)
1 Tsp
Dead sea Salt
1 Tsp
Turmeric
1/2 Tsp
Black pepper
1/2 Tsp
Tahini sauce
1 Cup
Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Place the prepared chicken wings in a marinating dish or large plastic zipper bag. Pour the spice marinade over the chicken and stir or massage the bag till all the chicken pieces are evenly coated in the marinade. Cover the chicken with plastic or seal the bag and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, up to 24 hours.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) spraying a baking sheet with nonstick cooking oil.
Step 4
Take out of fridge about 20 minutes before cooking so marinade can soften a bit. Stir or massage chicken again to make sure everything is coated evenly and there are no spice clumps. Place on baking sheet, evenly spaced. Bake for 45 minutes until cooked through, turning once with tongs halfway through cooking time.
Step 5
Season with additional salt to taste if desired and serve hot with creamy tahini sauce
