Ground beef or lamb

Israeli Olive oil
1 Tbsp
Onion, chopped
1 Pint
Garlic, minced
3 Cloves
Ground cinnamon
1/2 Tsp
Salt and black pepper to taste

Cherry tomatoes
1 Pint
Tahini
1/4 Cup
Warm water
1/4 Cup
Lemon, juiced
1
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until the onion becomes translucent.

Add the ground meat to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the meat is browned.

Add the minced garlic, cinnamon, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the tomatoes have softened and started to burst.
