Ingredients
Israeli Falafel Mix
1 Cup
Cold water
1 Cup
Oil for frying
Pita
To your taste
Hummus
To your taste
Tahini
To your taste
Chopped tomatoes
To your taste
Cucumber
To your taste
Onions
To your taste
Parsley
To your taste
Instructions
Step 1
Add 1 cup (200ml) of Israeli Falafel Mix to a mixing bowl (You can find it on our website).
Step 2
Add 1 cup of cold water and mix well.
Step 3
Shape into small balls.
Step 4
In a pan or poet, deep fry in oil at 170 Celcius (338 Fahrenheit)
Step 5
Serve in a pita with hummus, tahini, chopped tomatoes and cucumber, onions, and parsley to your taste.
