Orange Bulgur Salad

Ingredients
Bulgur Wheat
1 Cup
Orange
3 Pcs.
Cherry tomatoes
2 Cup
Red onion
1 Pcs.
Diced Kalamata olives
1/4 Cup
Toasted pine nuts
1/4 Cup
Chopped fresh mint
1/4 Cup
For Dressing
Israeli Olive oil
1/4 Cup
Fresh orange juice
1/4 Cup
Juice from half a lemon
Date honey (Silan)
2 Tbsp
Ground Cumin
1 Tsp
Dijon mustard
1 Tsp
Dead sea Salt
1 Tsp
Instructions
Step 1
Wash bulgur several times in cold water, until water runs clear. Drain and soak bulgur for 2-3 hours in cold water. After 2-3 hours, drain bulgur in a fine sieve and place in bowl.
Step 2
Peel oranges and cut to slices.
Step 3
Cut cherry tomatoes for half or quarters
Step 4
Slice red onion
Step 5
Mix all ingredients for dressing and stir well together.
Step 6
Add to the bowl with bulgur oranges, tomatoes, onion, kalamata olives, toasted pine nuts and chopped mint
Step 7
Pour on the dressing and Stir everything together
