Ingredients
Small, ripe watermelon 1
Feta cheese 1 lbs
A handful of fresh mint leaves
Juice of 1 lemon
Extra virgin olive oil

A dash of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the watermelon into cubes or use a melon baller to scoop out spheres.
Step 2
Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
