Tomato sauce

Ground lamb
1 Cup
Red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and stir until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add cooked ground lamb, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until lamb is browned and crispy.

Roll out the pizza dough to your desired size and thickness. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet.
