Ingredients
Rolled oats
2 Cup
Chopped nuts (such as almonds, pistachios, or pecans)
1 Cup
Tahini
1/2 Cup
Date honey (Silan)
1/2 Cup
Vanilla extract
1 Tsp
Kosher salt
1/2 Tsp
Dried fruit (such as raisins, cranberries, or chopped apricots)

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, tahini, silan, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
