Green Tahini
Tahini is a simple and healthy staple in the Israeli diet. It is made with ground sesame seeds. Outside of Israel, tahini is known as a dip, but inside of Israel it is used like a sauce — added to countless other dishes to enhance flavors and increase creaminess. For those who have tried regular tahini, you probably know that this mixture is relatively easy to make. We wanted to inspire you to try something new, so we are sharing this recipe for something special: green tahini.
