Ingredients
Pitted and chopped dates 1 Cup
Whole milk 1 Cup
Heavy cream 2 Cup
Granulated sugar 1/2 Cup
Vanilla extract 1 Tsp
Roasted almonds, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1
In a blender, combine the chopped dates and whole milk. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.

Add the date mixture and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and gently fold until well combined.
