Beef brisket 4 lbs
Onions, diced 2
Garlic, minced 4 Cloves
Beef broth 2 Cup
Red wine 1 Cup
Paprika 1 Tbsp
Black pepper 1 Tsp
Kosher salt 1 Tsp
Bay leaves 2
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 °C)

In a large pot, sauté the onions and garlic until they are translucent.

Add the beef broth, red wine, paprika, black pepper, salt, and bay leaves to the pot and stir to combine.
