Vegan Milk Chocolate Bar
With one bite of a Holy Cacao chocolate, you will immediately understand why this boutique chocolatier has won so many international awards. Perhaps the chocolate is better because it is handcrafted high on the open plains of Pnei Chever in the Hebron Hills of Judea.
Jo Zander established holy Cacao in 2009 after returning to his ancestral homeland, Israel, from the USA. Jo and his family fell in love with the beautiful part of the Holy Land with its vast open blue skies, not far from where the Jewish patriarch Abraham pitched his tent.
For Jo, making fantastic chocolate in the Holy Land is a calling. He is inspired by his surroundings and channels that love into his chocolate creations. Jo’s creations feature dates, pomegranates, honey, and other divine offerings from the land.
Jo and his team are passionate about the chocolate they make, using the finest fair trade cocoa beans and blending them to give the best flavor and texture.
Holy Cacao is one of the few employers in Pnei Chever. Every chocolate offering that you purchase directly impacts several families, which Jo is as proud of as he is of his chocolate creations.
