Description

This is a stunning challah cover designed by artist Jen Klor. Its gorgeous watercolor style painted design is perfect for Rosh Hashanah and is also suitable for the rest of the year.

The bright ruby red pomegranates pop against a warm, light yellow background. This beautiful modern interpretation of a challah cover will add a burst of color to your table and will surely become a family favorite.

The festive design circles the Hebrew words “for the honor of Shabbat and festivals (Yom Tov).” The image has been screen printed onto a cotton-twill mix, and Barbara recommends hand washing to preserve its beauty and warm iron on the reverse side.

Give yourself a treat with this lovely contemporary challah cover or surprise a friend or loved one with this challah cover as a hostess or housewarming gift!

Barbara has an incredible eye for color and design. When looking for unique, made-in-Israel gifts, she discovered that what she was looking for did not exist. She immediately went to work and designed bright, uniquely Israeli aprons, dish towels, and tote bags that she could give as gifts.

In 2008 she formally established her business. She expanded her line to include designs on ceramics, serving-ware, wood, glass, stationary, perspex, baby gifts, a Yiddish line, and t-shirts.

Barbara’s goal is to create beautiful, practical modern items that capture the spirit of Israel. Her tag line is “Jewish gifts that smile;) And it is hard to imagine not feeling joyful when looking at her functional art.

Barbara’s diverse team, which now includes her son Boaz, who is working on business development with his mom, is committed to excellence. All of Barbara’s gorgeous creations are made in her Jerusalem workshop.
