With one delicious teaspoon full of The Well\s Mango Confiture, you will understand why this boutique Galilean delicatessen has such a following in Israel!
Confitures consist of at least 45% fruit cooked in sugar. (jams typically contain less fruit) During the cooking process, the mixture thickens until the sugar congeals. Confitures are rich in texture and made of whole or roughly chopped fruit, which maintains its original shape even after stewing. The Well’s Mango confiture is made with 60% real mango in the same way the owner’s grandma made confiture in her Jerusalem kitchen, in small batches over a gas flame.
The Well never uses artificial ingredients or preservatives, so you can be sure you are tasting the unadulterated sweetness of fresh Israeli fruit! Please note that the confiture may contain seeds.
Enjoy your sweet Israeli treat on toast, added to yogurt and granola, or with hard cheese on a cracker. The Mango Confiture is an ideal way to bring the taste of the Holy Land to your table!

Mango Confiture
Aunt Bertha’s factory is located southern end of the Carmel ridge between the hills of Zichron Yaacov, where it was established fifty years ago. When Berta started her business, it was with recipes from her European family. Berta took advantage of the many fresh, delicious fruits that grew close to her home, and she hasn’t looked back.
Today the team at Aunt Berta still prepares their delicious products according to the recipes created by Berta. They never use artificial colors, preservatives, or chemicals, rather relying on old-fashioned techniques and the bounty from the fields of Israel
