Ceylon cinnamon or as it is called sweet cinnamon from Derech Hatavlinim is a great way to bring a piece of Israel into your kitchen. It is naturally mildly sweet and has a delicate woody undertone alongside slight citrusy notes.

It is recommended to add Ceylon cinnamon as a sweetener to foods and as a substitute for sugar.
