Just like in a chef’s kitchen, the ingredients are carefully selected for their highest quality and blended harmoniously to create delightful flavors and textures. The ingredients include Israeli Medjool dates, walnuts, almonds, and pistachios from California, whole sesame seeds from Bolivia, cashews and coconuts from the Far East, cranberries from the United States, and more. All the ingredients and factory products are suitable for vegans (except for one product containing honey), gluten-free, sugar-free, and kosher.
