Ingredients: Ingredients: Bulgur, (80%. Wheat -contains gluten)’ fried brown lentils (lentils, unrefined soya oil, dried mushrooms (4.8% maitake and shiitake) and dried carrots.

Recipe Suggestion:

Ingredients for 4-6 portions:
4 tbsp oil (olive/canola)
2 onions (finely chopped)
1 packet Bulgur and Mushrooms mix
¼ tsp turmeric
500 ml boiling water
Salt to taste
A pinch of black pepper

Method:
Heat the oil and sauté the onions until golden. Add the bulgur mix, salt, turmeric, and pepper. Mix and cook for another minute and then add the water and stir. Cover the pot and cook on low for 15-20 minutes until ready. Then switch off the flame and stir lightly, then cover again for another 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley or coriander, and serve!
