
Heart of Nature is a family-run bakery located in Kibbutz Kfar HaNassi, a small agricultural community in the Upper Galilee. Led by Zohar Davolt, the company is dedicated to creating wholesome, natural foods that reflect the agricultural traditions of the region.
Zohar grew up with a deep appreciation for the land and its produce. Inspired by the Galilee’s rolling hills and fertile valleys, he set out to craft foods that are both nourishing and rooted in Israel’s farming heritage. The bakery operates with a commitment to sustainability, sourcing high-quality ingredients and using traditional baking methods to create products that are both healthy and flavorful.
