Description

” The flowers appear on the earth…” Song of Songs 2:12

In spring, the land of Israel is carpeted by beautiful yellow flowers. The magnificent blooms inspired Yeduda Miller’s Yellow Spice.

Yellow Spice is wonderfully aromatic. Using it in your daily meal preparation will bring the flavor and fragrance of the Holy Land to your table.

The blend may be used on any dish you prepare, but according to Yehuda, it pairs particularly well with roast potatoes, roast chicken or turkey, and vegetable soup.

We are confident this flavorful spice will quickly become a family favorite and a reliable “go-to” spice for enlivening all your dishes.

Ingredients: Salt, garlic, turmeric, rosemary, coriander seeds, black pepper, paprika, hyssop, thyme, ginger, English pepper, cardamom, cumin, black mustard.

Allergy information: Contains mustard. It may contain soy, sesame, and celery.

Judean Spices

Yehuda Miller established his boutique business in the Jewish settlement of Bat Ayin, located in the rolling Judean hills. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of the plants that grow naturally in this region and has developed a reputation as a healer in the area.

He has spent his adult life learning about the naturally growing plants in Judea and finding ways to release their healing potential. Yehuda, a religious man, feels strongly that the healing properties of plants grown in this area are more pronounced because this part of the Holy Land is the region where prophecy took place and its influence on the land is still felt.

Each spice blend that he develops is born out of his love for cooking, and for the unique flavors available from the plants growing in this region.
